A Smart TV is a platform that can run 3rd party Apps. 3rd party content providers may remove Apps from the Smart TV platform or stop supporting them at any time, and we cannot guarantee an App’s availability. When new Smart TV products are launched, there may also be a delay before certain Apps become available. Availability of Apps is not included within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
The remote control comes with a 'dongle' this is either in the battery compartment or in the remote bag. 1. Insert dongle into USB socket on the TV 2. Insert batteries into the remote 3. Plug the TV into mains socket and turn on. Your remote should now work with the TV. If you are experiencing further issue please contact support@fergusontv.com |
If you have followed the above remote installation step with the dongle. Then you can ignore the screen telling you how to pair the remote as your remote will pair automatically.
Please just press the right arrow key on the remote to move to the next screen.

The keys on the remote are extremely sensitive and in the event of an incorrect key press, please wait a few seconds for the TV and remote to re cpver before pressing the correct key.
Continuous random presses can result in the TV and remote becoming unresponsive until they finish processing all the commands.
Please note the remote is equipped with an airmouse which is like the mouse on a computer. It is necessary to use this function when signing into any apps, just pressing the OK button will not always work and may result in an error message.
Please use the mouse cursor to highlight the sign in within the app and then press the OK button this will allow you to access the sign in page.
You also need to to use the mouse to scroll around the app screen and move up,down, left or right.To do this turn on the mouse arrow then press and hold the OK button. You can now use the air mouse as you would a computer mouse and it will scroll around the available options on the larger screen in the app.
You may need to find the play button as this is sometimes located underneath the program picture.
